Pilates Matwork
Pilates is an exercise method developed by Joseh Pilates, which aims to connect mind and body, as a unit, based on 6 principles: centering, breathing, flow, control, precision and concentration. It is a recognized technique for treating and preventing spinal problems, and can be performed only with or without materials.

Pilates on Floor or Equipment, modified for each pathology, according to the Australian APPI vision, using in parallel Biofeedback equipment (Stabilizer), with scientific proof, in reducing symptoms of pain and paresthesia, avoiding surgery in many situations.

Yoga

Yoga originated 5 thousand years ago in India, as a spiritual discipline, promoting well-being at all levels: mental, physical, emotional and spiritual. This practice consists of uniting body and mind with what is around us. Shiva, the God of creation and consciousness, instinctively generated complex movements, but of intense beauty. In our studio you can take Yoga classes individually, as a duo or in a group. Classes also with family or outdoors (Beach, Ria, Mountain).

Aerial Pilates

Aerial Pilates is an innovative physical activity that works the body and mind in an integrated way. It is presented as a traditional method variation using acrobatic fabrics attached to the ceiling. Combined with Yoga in Suspension, it allows the practitioner to perform a series of movements in different positions, working the body as a whole, stimulating deep muscles, balance, flexibility and motor coordination.

Stretching

Stretching is a set of exercises which protect and regenerate muscles, keeping these flexible, strong and healthy. Mobility is the ability of a joint to, voluntarily and without external forces action, perform a movement throughout its range of movement. The importance of training joint mobility becomes crucial, encompassing the concept of flexibility, in order to improve people's quality of life, prevent injuries, increase movement efficiency, whether on a daily basis or to enhance sports performance.

Meditation

The mindfulness terminology refers to a state where we train qualities of present moment attention and self-compassion with lived experiences, usually through meditation and breathing techniques. Conscious breathing is an effective technique for strengthening the mind-body connection, bringing benefits in anxiety and pain control, sleep patterns, lowering blood pressure and improving emotional regulation as well stress management.
